What to get in touch about

Bug reports — a test that will not start, keystrokes not registering, a wrong score. Tell us your browser and device.
Out-of-date exam info — if a WPM/KDPH requirement or exam pattern on one of our government exam pages no longer matches the official notification, send the link to the notification and we will correct it.
Feature requests — a language, layout, duration or game you would like added.
Partnerships and press — coaching centres, schools, and media enquiries.
Account help — sign-in problems or a request to delete your account and data.

We usually reply within a few business days. Corrections to exam requirements and security reports are handled first.
